Manufactured from black, fire retardant full grain leather fitted with an impact resistant, fibreglass toecap and a composite, penetration resistant midsole providing a 100% metal free construction. The boots have also been designed with an internal metatarsal guard. The Foundry Boots are certified to the latest implemented foundry standards and offer the highest levels of protection available, tested to withstand molten metals splashes of up to 1400c as well as witstanding electrical hazard risks of 18kV. The work boots have a sturdy collar strap for additional comfort and improved fitting. The soles are FORCE10 solid nitrile rubber for extreme durability and are SRC slip rated, providing the highest levels of slip resistance available. Ideal for use by foundry workers and welders. The workboots uppers are manufactured from fire retardant full grain leather with Coats FR flame retardant thread. The insole is full length, Ortholite premium enhanced comfort breathable, footbed.
